Half a roast CHICKEN (NF) Thyme & rosemary-infused 1/2 roast chicken with chips, mixed vegetables & a red wine jus.

    Amazing hospitality

    “ I had an amazing experience at Lake View Garden Bar – genuinely one of the best visits I’ve had anywhere. The atmosphere was perfect, with beautiful scenery, a relaxed vibe, and a spotless, well-kept space that instantly makes you feel welcome. A massive shoutout to John, who was exceptional from start to finish. His service was friendly, attentive, and professional, and he made the whole visit feel effortless. Nothing was too much trouble, and he added a personal touch that truly elevated the experience. The food and drinks were fantastic – fresh, full of flavour, and clearly made with care. Every dish we tried was spot-on, and the drinks were equally impressive, well-made and refreshing. Overall, Lake View Garden Bar is a place I’d recommend to anyone.     Fantastic establishment, friendly and welcoming staff and lovely food. Being dog friendly and having open fires made it that much better. Traveled from East Midlands and will be recommending to all friends and family that travel to the lakes.

    Fantastic place for food and drinks, stunning location with great views of the lake. Food and drinks aren’t the cheapest here but you need to remember you aren’t just paying for the food you are also paying for the location so it’s reasonable when you see the views! Highly recommend the burger and the cheesy garlic bread.

    “Ordered the sausages and mash, and vegan burger. Good quality meals, filling and priced at the right point. Service is friendly. Lovely lake views if you manage to snag a table in the conservatory (we did -but we got there early at noon on a Saturday). Read some reviews that the menu is a bit expensive but personally I think if you have a table with a view, the pricing is fair.”
